Innsfree needed a new website design as well as a way to easily update the content for the long-term - something easy-to-use for internal staff. They also wanted to increase the number of volunteers who applied to their residential program.

Process:

Installed latest WordPress CMS, developed new design and optimized content, information architecture and trained staff on SEO and CMS.

Results:

#1 Google search ranking for "innisfree" after SEO (previously unranked)
Increase in volunteer phone calls and applicants
Increase in customer satisfaction - compliments like "your website was sooo easy to use!"
